I left Birmingham this morning and found myself near Reading. I managed to secure something taking me to Wales in the late afternoon so that\u2019s me happy \ud83d\ude0a. End the week in my favourite part of the Uk.

I even have plenty of time for lunch.

So I head out on a quest to find a spot where I can picnic.

This is where it goes downhill fast.

I stumble upon a place called \u201cView Island\u201d. Sounds promising right? Exciting maybe. Just the place where I can have my picnic ya? Nope.

It was crap! No disrespect to the locals or the volunteers who put the effort into rewilding the place but unless you\u2019re a fan of graffiti and weed (the stinging\/itchy type not the get you high type) then it\u2019s not for you or me.

That being said there a nifty little hydro-electric water energy system and I found the burial place of Mr Cables which is sadly neglected and left in an overgrown field. Oh and there\u2019s a hell of a lot of cocaine just dumped here too!

I continue with my quest and find a lovely nice field. The grass has been trimmed there\u2019s some other people enjoying a picnic too so I naturally assumed I\u2019ve found the spot. Nope, universe is having a giggle at my expense. The whole field, I mean all of it is covered in duck sh!t, seriously \ud83d\ude12

I zigged n zagged across the entire field until I finally found a place free of duck sh!t to park my mat and have my lunch\/picnic and ideally a nap before the last leg of the day.

So, do you need a courier who rather enjoys a picnic on a Friday afternoon during work hours? You should \ud83e\udd2a\ud83d\ude01
