That pretty much sums up the past week.

Swearing \ud83e\udd2c- Initially spent time chasing an overdue invoice. It wasn\u2019t much but these things you need to keep on top of. It was annoying and I had to really bite my tongue as I was getting tired of their excuses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It all started with an excuse that they can\u2019t read the customers signature. Yet the document was printed underneath the signature. Are we to scrutinise signatures now? Then it came to a need for the original documents to be sent in the post. Shame they forgot to mention this earlier. Then to really take the pee the accounts guy asked me to call back at 16:30 if the bill isn\u2019t paid. On a Friday too. Conveniently the time when the office is closed! Come Monday a sweet receptionist answers the phone. So we can\u2019t be mean to her. End result, we just resent the invoice with a late payment penalty. Next, invoice amount is pinged into our account.

\ud83c\udff4I went to Scotland twice. Was tempted to keep going but then I remembered I have to go home. I quite fancy heading into the highlands at some stage. I really enjoyed the nakedness of the nature there. The fact that some of the more rural roads and tracks take you right into \u2018the woods\u2019 with little to no barrier from you and the amazing scenery. The best way to describe it would be (and this is where the old skool gamers will understand). Where the background and it\u2019s characters are off limits and don\u2019t react. Then the new age games came where they are now pretty much part of the game. That\u2019s about it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83c\udff4Some bonus points getting a job through the spine of Wales and back. Suffice to say once it got dark I really enjoyed that drive \ud83d\ude99\ud83d\ude98. Late night empty Welsh twisty roads was incredibly enjoyable. Obviously I didn\u2019t break the speed limit because that would be treason! I just marvelled at the scenery. At night \ud83d\ude01. It made me realise. I need an LSD and a hydraulic handbrake fitted to the van. Oh and some pencil beam lights too \ud83e\udd13.

Ice cream\ud83c\udf66- The end of the week I found myself on the beach of Prestwick where it was sunny, warm and little to no tourists about. I spent a long time there. Just fooling around with stones and sending selfies to my own wife invoking feelings of jealousy.
